Invoiceforge.ai offers three subscription tiers:
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Your subscription includes a monthly limit on the number of invoices that can be processed. If you exceed your plan's limits, you may be required to upgrade to a higher tier.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for backup purposes.
You retain all ownership rights to your invoice data and business information. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or process through the Service.
We process your data solely to provide the Service. We use AI and machine learning technologies to extract information from invoices. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your data for this purpose.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or for backup purposes.
Invoiceforge.ai integrates with third-party services including Xero, Gmail, and Outlook. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize us to access and process data from those accounts as necessary to provide the Service.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services. Any issues with third-party integrations should be directed to the respective service providers.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, trademarks, and content, are owned by Invoiceforge.ai. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
You retain all intellectual property rights to your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
While our AI technology is designed to accurately extract invoice data, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all processed invoices before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
